NOTES:

This is a Ted Williams Autograph Sample signed on a baseball, and Authenticated by PSA/DNA. A Ted Williams single signed baseball is worth about $350.- $450. A Ted Williams signed Photo is worth about $150.-$250. Larger and more desired photos could sell for more.

Value is based on average prices of recently closed auctions. Prices may vary based on condition, and the type of authenticity that accompanies the signature. Signatures that have not been properly authenticated could sell at half the market value or less. Add for inscriptions.

Collectors will pay more for inscriptions such as "406" and pay less for personalized inscriptions like "Good Luck Chuck" Signatures authenticated by Steiner sports, or Mounted Memories that use authentication holograms sell at the higher price.

After Ted Williams had a stroke in 1994, Ted's son John Henry Williams, showed his father the proper size his signature should be when autographing a jersey to be placed for sale in the shop at the Ted Williams museum. John Henry had Ted sign a  jersey for practice. The result was a Quadruple-Signed Ted Williams Jersey that was accidentally sold to a collector. Read the full story here.
